Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: We usually deliver within 3-5 working days after KYC approval and payment
confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

Unavailability at Delivery: If you’re not available to receive your order, you must inform us in advance and provide the details of a nominee. We will require an acknowledgment email and the nominee’s government ID proof for a secure handover.

No Lift in Building: If your building does not have a lift or lift access is restricted, additional labor charges will apply for carrying the product via stairs. The exact amount depends on order size and floor level and will be informed in advance.

Society Entry Restrictions: Ensure that delivery vehicles are allowed inside your premises. If your society has restrictions, please make arrangements beforehand. Parking on the main road may not be permitted, which could delay or prevent delivery.

Delivery Rescheduling: You can reschedule your delivery by informing us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Last-minute changes may result in delays or additional charges.

Address Change After Ordering: If your order has not been dispatched, you can request an address change via WhatsApp. If it has already been shipped, extra re-delivery charges may apply.

Labor (Hamaali) or Transport Union Issues: We handle transport union concerns at loading/unloading points. However, if there is a labor union issue at your location, you will need to resolve it. If delivery isn’t possible due to such disputes, we may return the items to our warehouse at no extra cost to you.

Installation Support: Appliances requiring installation (except ACs) will be installed for free by our technician at the time of delivery.
