A: No worries! Just raise a service request on WhatsApp, and we’ll send a technician to fix it within 3-5 working days.

Q: Do I have to pay for repairs?

A: Regular maintenance and repairs are free unless the damage is due to mishandling. In such cases, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Q: Can I upgrade my appliance to a better model?

A: Yes! After 6 months, you can switch to a higher model by paying the difference in rent.

Q: Can I request to relocate my rented appliance?

A: Yes! Just inform us at least 2 weeks in advance, and we’ll help relocate it to your new address (subject to service availability).
