A: Rent is billed on the 1st of every month, and payment is due by the 10th to avoid late fees.
Q: Is my security deposit refundable?
A: Yes! Once your rental period ends and the appliance passes the damage check, we refund your full deposit within 7-10 working days.
Q: What if I fail to make a payment on time?
A: Late payments attract a 10% annualized late fee. If payment is delayed for too long, we may terminate the rental agreement and initiate product pickup.
