Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! Here’s everything you need to know about modifying, canceling, or returning your rented appliances with Rentmeout.

Modifying Your Order
  • You can modify your order (change products or quantities) up to one day before the scheduled delivery by reaching out to us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Any changes to the order may affect the delivery date and time, and the rental & deposit amounts will be adjusted based on current rates at the time of modification.
  • Once delivered, the order cannot be modified.
Cancelling Your Order
  • You can cancel your order up to one day before delivery at no extra cost.
  • Once the products have been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
Returning Products at Delivery
  • While all our products go through strict quality checks, if you notice any defect or non-functionality, you can return the product at the time of delivery.
  • Once our delivery team leaves your premises, returns will not be accepted.
  • We recommend checking the product dimensions before placing your order, as rejections due to size mismatches will not qualify for returns.
Closing Your Rental Before Tenure Ends
  • If you wish to end your rental before your committed tenure, inform us at least 7 days in advance.
  • Early closure charges will apply as the product is being returned before your agreed tenure ends.
  • To request an early closure, simply message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Early Closure Charges
  • The early closure charge is based on your chosen tenure and product category.
  • The charge is calculated as a multiple of your monthly rent, which depends on how long you’ve rented the appliance.
  • You can check your contract or WhatsApp us for the exact amount payable at any time.
Refund of Security Deposit
  • Once the rented appliance is returned and passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund of your security deposit.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-9 working days to the same bank account used for payment.
  • If you wish to receive the refund in a different account, contact our customer support for assistance.
  • If any damage is found, the repair cost will be deducted from your refundable deposit, and a detailed breakdown of deductions will be shared with you.
