Delivery & Installation FAQs
Q: What is the approximate time for delivery?

A: We usually deliver within 3-5 working days after KYC approval and payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.

Q: What if I damage the product?

A: If the product gets damaged due to mishandling, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit. For major damage or loss, you may be required to pay the full market price of the appliance.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A: Our delivery team or logistics partner will bring the appliance to your doorstep. For fridges, ACs, and washing machines, installation is done by our technician at no extra cost.

Q: Is there a delivery and installation fee?

A: Delivery is free within a 3KM radius of our office. Installation charges apply for ACs. If second delivery attempt is needed due to unavailability, additional charges may apply.
